Gregory Rucka (born November 29, 1969) is an American comic book writer, screenwriter, and novelist. He is known for his work on well-known comics such as Action Comics, Batwoman, Detective Comics, the DC Comics miniseries Superman: World of New Krypton for, as well as for creating the Image Comics series Lazarus and novels such as his Atticus Kodiak series. He also wrote the screenplay to the 2020 film The Old Guard, based on his comics series of the same name.
