Sal Soghoian is a user automation expert and evangelist, software developer, author and musician. Working in the publishing industry in the 1990s, he discovered the power of user automation. As a consultant, he wrote scripts that allowed businesses to save money and time by automating frequent computer tasks. He became a champion of the power of automation, sharing script collections, writing and speaking on the topic. Sal served as product manager for automation technologies for Apple Inc. from January 1997 through October 2016.
