Dr. Terry Morris teaches web development, computer information systems, and e-learning instructional technology courses at William Rainey Harper College in Illinois. In addition to being an Associate Professor at Harper College, she has over 20 years of information technology experience — working with the Web since 1996. Dr. Morris is an innovative instructor and was awarded the 2002-2003 Glenn A. Reich Memorial Award for Instructional Technology in recognition of her efforts.
