About this book

CONTENT: Prerequisites for planning urban river spaces; water spaces and their processes; designing water spaces; process space A -- Embankment walls and promenades; Process space B -- Dikes and flood walls; Process space C -- Flood areas; Process space D -- Riverbeds and currents; Process space E -- Dynamic river landscapes. The publication consists of two linked volumes that enable the reader to consult the systematic catalog and the case study section side by side. The easy-to-navigate structure and an extensive glossary provide further guidance, while the work's h…
