Donald E. Kieso serves as the KPMG Emeritus Professor of Accountancy at Northern Illinois University. Mr. Kieso has been a Director of Castle BancGroup Inc. since 1993. Mr. Kieso is also a Certified Public Accountant and a self-employed author of accounting and business textbooks and has held such positions for more than the past five years.
