- As 2022 wore into 2023, people bothered to wonder: are the Twenties here yet? *Volo: A Chapbook* is not meant even to attempt to be a definitive answer. Yet, the fourteen poem cycle, holding up a precise mirror to *Posit*, and the rest of the *Posit Trilogy* (2017), does try its hand at oracular somnambulism towards what this decade is supposed to represent, embody, and deify. American writer Adam Fieled was born in New York City in 1976 but raised in the Philadelphia suburb Cheltenham. He attended Penn State University in the Nineties, but eventually graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania in the Aughts.
