About this book

The Reckoning is the third (and final) book of the ‘Heritage of Lancaster Country’ series. It follows Katie Lapp (now Katherine Mayfield) as she becomes the mistress of Mayfield Manor. While she carves out a new life, with charity work at a hospice, and the arrival of a new beau- Justin. She is torn between her old Plain Amish life and her new fancy one. Things become more complicated when she receives a surprise visitor from the distant past.
