About this book

Inge Morath was the first woman photographer to become a member of the famous Magnum agency. First and foremost, her work is the testimony of a passion and a personal need that she expressed through photography. Her relationship with the camera developed gradually through experiences and encounters, becoming an integral part of the life of this woman who, with courage and determination, succeeded in establishing a reputation in a field that was male-dominated at the time.
