A former gunslinger is forced to take up arms again when he and his cattle crew are threatened by a corrupt lawman.

An authoritarian rancher rules an Arizona county with her private posse of hired guns. Sabbath is run by land baron Vince Bronson, a benevolent despot, who, upon hearing of the death, offers restitution for the incident.
