Their guns aren't the only things they shoot. In Hot Cops, officers Vince Rockland and Joe Romero lay down the law on the mean streets of LA. Jeff Jagger gets caught with his pants down, then bends over backwards to avoid a ticket from Officer Romero. Romero takes the bribe. Next, John Atkins and Steve Sparks behave suspciously, the Officer Rockland collars Andrew Cole who cops a plea. Finally, officer Rockland conducts some in-depth interrogations.

Synopsis
