Nadia shot and directed 2020's Becoming, a documentary about former First Lady Michelle Obama, which was released on Netflix and has been nominated for four Emmys including Best Director, Best Cinematographer and Best Documentary Feature. After Maria (2019), a documentary short, tells the story of three mothers displaced by Hurricane Maria. It was shortlisted for an Academy Award in 2019.
