Her father is a teacher for children with special needs and violent offenders. Aurora was writing plays and winning acting awards as a teenager and that tenacious focus has since cemented her as a highly regarded talent in the UK indie filmmakers circles, known for her excellence as a storyteller in many forms. She came to prominence as an actor playing recovery methamphetamine addict Rebecca in Mike Dawson's feature film Confession.
