Javier Valdés

Javier Fernando Valdés Garrido Lecca (Lima, June 10, 1959) is a leading Peruvian actor and theater director. From a very young age he showed his artistic vocation, having Adolfo Chuiman as his acting teacher during his school days, and then Gustavo Bueno. He studied at the Santa Margarita School. Even as a teenager he made his first appearance on television (in a character as the son of the artist Mabel Duclós), in the television program called Teatro de Pepe Vilar.
