Matt Macedo was born on January 31, 1994, in the San Joaquin Valley, CA. Between the ages of 3 and 6, Macedo would perform in his step-brother's homemade movies for fun. At the age of 12, he began writing short stories and one of those stories turned into his first screenplay titled "Envision". In 2011, a few years after his family moved to Hanford, CA, he strengthened his skills as a filmmaker and created a short documentary titled "Homeless in Hanford". The documentary highlights an individual's struggle with addiction and his unique perspective on living homeless in his small community.
