Jihangir Vagib oglu Shakhmuradov is the USSR (RSFSR) karate champion in the 50 kg weight category. He is the first Master of Sports in karate in the USSR. He is a veteran of Russian karate, representing the KEMPO school. He is also an actor, stuntman, and director. He is also an advisor to the Russian National Oyama Kyokushinkai Karate-do Federation. In 1979, he starred as a villain in the film "Pirates of the 20th Century." He worked as an instructor at the Central Karate School in Baku and supervised Baku coaches.
